Terms of Service 1. General Agreement By purchasing a subscription to our software, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Buyer”) and us (the “Seller”). We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our software and services following any such modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated terms. 2. Nature of Product and Subscription Our product provides subscription-based access to intangible, software-based services. Given the irreversible nature of this access, all sales are final. This subscription cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service. Buyers acknowledge and accept that access is granted immediately upon purchase and is not retractable or transferable. 3. All Sales Are Final All sales are final upon completion of the transaction. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly permitted by these Terms. The Seller reserves the right to review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis; however, such reviews do not imply any guarantee of an outcome favorable to the Buyer. 4. Refund Policy Refunds will only be granted if the Buyer is unable to use the product due to a fault directly attributable to the Seller. In such an event, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 24 hours of the initial purchase or discovery of the issue, providing a detailed description of the problem. The Seller will investigate and, if necessary, provide support to rectify the situation. If the issue cannot be resolved, the Seller may, at their discretion, provide a refund. 5. No Refunds Due to Buyer Error or Misuse Refunds will not be provided under circumstances where the Buyer is unable to use the software due to reasons not caused by the Seller, such as incompatibility with third-party software, failure to meet system requirements, or errors on the Buyer’s part. 6. Payment Responsibility and Fraud The Buyer acknowledges full responsibility for the payment made and agrees not to attempt fraudulent reversals or chargebacks of the transaction. Any fraudulent activity, such as attempts to reverse payments through the issuing bank or payment processor, will result in immediate suspension of access to the service and may result in legal action against the Buyer to recover costs, including, but not limited to, legal fees, collection fees, and penalties. 7. Subscription Term and Access Subscriptions provide access to software for the term specified at purchase. Once the subscription period expires, access will be revoked unless renewed. The Buyer agrees to responsibly use the software within the limits and guidelines provided by the Seller. Misuse, attempts to hack, or unauthorized sharing of access will result in immediate termination of service without refund. 8. User Conduct and Compliance The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the use of the software. Any misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of terms may result in immediate termination of access, with no refund provided. 9. Limitation of Liability The Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. In all cases, the Seller’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the subscription period in question. 10. Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute between the Buyer and Seller, the parties agree first to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction. Acceptance of Terms By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms are final and binding, superseding any prior agreements or representations made by either party.
